Pricing questions
Yes, when your reviews back it up. Every list is ordered by Google star rating, highest first, and a Featured business that holds five stars on Google — 4.8 or higher — is listed first on every list it appears on, with a Featured label on its row. If your rating is below that, Featured still gives you the labeled box above the list and the link to your website, but your position stays where your rating puts it. Nobody can buy a rating.
A seat is sold for one trade in one city. It appears in a box marked "Featured · Paid placement" above that city’s list on your trade page, and above that trade’s list on the city page — and nowhere else, because a seat bought in Mason should not advertise to a reader in Dayton. You can buy one for any city page that lists your business under that trade, which your service radius decides. There is no cap on how many businesses hold a seat on a page, so one is always available — and every seat in the box is labelled, so a reader can see how many there are.
Everything a homeowner needs to choose you: your name, trade, city, phone number, opening hours, Google rating and review count, and service area. Creating and claiming your business is the free plan — claiming lets you edit your description, hours, phone and service area, and adds the owner-verified badge. The one thing it does not include is a link to your website; that comes with Featured. If you would like your logo on it, send it through the contact form and we add it for you.
Owner-verified: instantly when your email matches your website, otherwise we confirm with you within one business day. Either way it costs nothing, and it never changes where you rank. The badge, like any change to your profile, appears on the site at the next site update.
Press Get Featured, pick your business, the trade and the city page, and pay. There is no account to create and no claim to wait for first: payment comes first, and the account is set up afterwards for the email address you pay with — we send you a link to finish it. Payment is taken by Stripe and no card details reach this site, monthly or annually. The seat is yours from the moment you pay and goes live as soon as we confirm the business is yours: instantly once you confirm your email, if that address is at your business’s own website, and otherwise usually within one business day. A business that is not on the list yet can be paid for the same way; a person checks it before it goes live. If we cannot confirm the business is yours, the payment is refunded in full and the subscription cancelled automatically.
From your billing page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the renewal: your seat stays up until the end of the period you have paid for, and there are no refunds for part of a period. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and your seat stays up meanwhile; if the subscription is cancelled after the retries, the seat is released.
$27 a month, or $270 a year, held for as long as your subscription stays active. The rate for later seats may rise; yours will not. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the rate at that time.
