For Local Contractors

Your Phone Rings. Not Ours.

A free listing, no lead forms, and no cut of the job. A homeowner who finds you here gets your own number and calls it — we are not in the middle of it, and we never sell that call to three of your competitors.

Three steps, no cost

How Claiming Works

You are most likely already listed. Claiming is confirmation, not registration.

  1. Find your business, or add it

If you work in one of the trades below anywhere across Hamilton, Butler, Warren or Clermont county, there is a good chance you are already listed — we compile listings from public business records rather than waiting for sign-ups. If you are not here yet, tell us and we will add you.

  2. Claim by phone. One call

Claiming is one call: we ring the number we hold for the business, confirm you are you, and the listing becomes yours to correct. The call is how you claim, not how you get listed — and it costs nothing, now or later.

  3. Your details, kept right

Once claimed you can correct your service area, the trades you actually work in, the services you offer and your contact details. What you cannot do — and neither can we — is buy your way up the list.

What you are actually buying

The Difference, Line by Line

Every row on the right is something you can check on any listing page on this site today.

Your lead sold to four competitors
Your own number, on your own listing. Your phone rings, and it rings only for you.
Position follows the ad budget
Position follows how established and active you are in the area. Advertising is not an input, and buying a sponsored slot does not move you up the ordinary list.
A scraped profile you cannot correct
A listing you claim and control, with a dated record of when it was last confirmed.
A monthly minimum before a single call
Free, permanently. Featured slots exist, are capped, and are labelled as advertising wherever they appear.

Featured slots are capped at three per trade, per city, are labelled as advertising every time they render, and are drawn outside the ordinary list. More on how this works.

Straight answers

What Contractors Ask First

The five that come up on every call, answered the same way we answer them on the phone.

Can I pay to rank higher?

No, and that is the product. Ordinary position comes from how established and how active a business is in the area being searched, and advertising is not one of the inputs. A sponsored slot buys a labelled position outside the ordinary list and leaves the list itself untouched. If paying moved the order, the order would not be worth reading, and nobody would have a reason to be here.

What does a listing cost?

A listing is free and stays free, claimed or not. Featured placement is capped at three slots per trade per city and is priced under what a single lead costs on the national platforms — the point being that you are buying visibility, not a lead sold simultaneously to your competitors.

How do I get my details changed?

Claim the listing and tell us what is wrong — service area, trades, phone number, website, the year you started. We would rather hear it from you than from a homeowner who turned up expecting something you do not do. Corrections are free and there is no limit on them.

Do you sell my phone number?

No. There is no lead form on this site. A homeowner who wants you calls the number on your listing, which is your own number. We never broker that call, never resell it, and never take a cut of the work that comes from it.

Which businesses can be listed?

Any real home-service business working in one of the trades below, anywhere across the four counties we cover. Sole operators and two-truck shops are as welcome as the big outfits — most of the point of this directory is that they are findable next to each other rather than buried under whoever spends the most.
